Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bravo (“Bravo,” “we,” “us”), a voice-first calendar assistant operated by Matthew Garcia, an individual based in Anaheim, California. By creating an account or using Bravo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. The service
Bravo lets you create, move, reschedule, and read events on your Google Calendar through natural voice and typed commands. Bravo connects to your Google Calendar with your permission and acts on your behalf based on the instructions you give it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bravo and able to form a binding agreement. You sign in with your Google account through Google’s official OAuth flow; you’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Free plan.Bravo’s free plan includes 10 minutes of voice and 40 typed commands each month, with no credit card required. Allowances reset monthly.
- Pro plan. Pro is $7 per month or $77 per year and unlocks more voice time and unlimited typed commands. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you return to the free plan.
- Refunds. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, but charges for that period aren’t refundable. We always refund accidental or duplicate charges.
- Changes to pricing. We may change plan pricing or features; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes, and they won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Bravo for anything unlawful, or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Abuse, circumvent, or attempt to exceed plan limits, rate limits, or metering.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission.
- Use Bravo in a way that violates Google's or any other integrated provider's terms.
5. Your content and permissions
Your calendar data belongs to you. By using Bravo, you grant us permission to access and modify your Google Calendar solely to provide the features you request. You can revoke this permission at any time from your Google Account settings. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Bravo relies on third-party providers — including Google, Clerk, Stripe, Deepgram, OpenAI, and Anthropic — to function. Your use of those services through Bravo is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bravo running reliably, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Bravo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing changes Bravo makes to your calendar; we don’t warrant that it will never misinterpret a request.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Bravo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (such as billing owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Bravo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
